bottled from brewery - cloudy pale reddish in colour and with a slowly collapsing foam; charming fruity aroma with fair but perfectly integrated notes of elder; a decent malt body and carbonation, slightly sweet; tasty; moderate residual sugars in a long fruity and light honeyish finish - very nice work

HUNDSBRÄU WHISKEY

courtesy of Daniel Kruse - cloudy reddish-orange colour with a little foam left; gently peated and nutty aroma; quite full-bodied and fizzy, sweet with a late tartness; gently smokey and whisky-like finish - another beautiful beer from this surprising microbrewery!
